Where do I start? Well my ac unit stopped working and I called to get help from another company I called to help for service later to find out that was the biggest mistake ever. They told me I needed to replace the entire unit. wow that was not that great to hear then I called to have Tony and Kelly heating and air to get a second opinion because something didn't sound right. Oh and how glad I did. The technician Trey was the best... really was from start to finish initially asked for quote to replace the unit but he gave the option of letting him have a second look and if all failed funds would go towards a new unit. Let me tell you he found the issue and it was far from replacing it and took care of it fast and made me the happiest ever. Ive now hired them for scheduled maintaining and he as a person makes this company a trustworthy and reliable company. Forever grateful.

I failed to do a review when we initially got our air conditioning replaced and have had them out to our house over three times now and they have NEVER disappointed or let us down. I can't let another great experience pass by.Tonight around 8, we noticed that the inside of our house was warmer than the outside. My partner went and looked around to try and figure out the reason for the lack of air but could find no answers. I said... let me just call Tony Kelly so I can leave a message so that hopefully they can come before the weekend. Neither of us expected anything to be done tonight. But I called and talked to a super nice representative around 8:15. She asked me if I wanted them to come out on an emergency call and we said we would be able to wait until the morning. But let's be clear.... it was 76 degrees and I am smack dab in menopause so it was going to be no fun.Not ten minutes later, I get a call from Lamar Levy. He talked to me about what was happening and said so kindly.. "hey. I am about ten minutes from you. I can come over and check it out to see what we can do". My mind was blown. Absolutely blown.And sure enough, Lamar came to our house and worked his butt off to find the cause. It is now 10:42 pm and my menopausal self is sitting in blessed cold. Lamar was the kindest, most helpful human and absolutely rescued us from a miserable night.This customer service is what we have had EVERY SINGLE TIME we have any of these workers of magical wonderment to our house. From installation to check ups, they are ALWAYS there and so helpful.In a time where it seems unbelievably amazing customer service is harder and harder to find.... Tony Kelly knocks it out of the park every single time. Lamar could have easily said... "Nah... I'm good. I am going home", he went above and beyond and rescued us.I will NEVER recommend another other than Tony Kelly. They are truly fabulous. Thank you thank you thank you.

We had installation of our system in 2020 by Tony Kelly . Not only was the installation seamless. The employees are informative and the cost is very fair this past week. Our ductwork collapsed. I called at 10 PM on a Friday night. Johnathan immediately responded by calling he let us know what we could do and even wanted to come out. We told him he could wait until the morning, he got out here and got the job done within an hour and a half. We are very happy with Johnathan Service, and with Tony Kelly heating and air. My central air stopped working, they come out the next day and fixed the problem! Then a few weeks later I had a separate problem, they arrived same day and gave me a diagnosis. I tried to DIY it and could not solve the issue. So I gave them a call back and they solved the problem without charging me an arm and a leg (and without making me feel bad for attempting DIY). Thomas was my tech for the 2nd and 3rd visit, I do not recall the name of the first guy (sorry). But 10/10 I'd recommend and I will continue to give them my business.Oh and I called at 730pm last night, someone answered and took my information then Jose called me back asap to give me some peace of mind. He helped me get someone out next day.

We had three units replaced at our very busy preschool. The technicians were professional and friendly. They did all they could to limit disruption and kept us informed of what they were doing and the estimated completion time. Now I know why this business is so highly rated! The technician, Trey, that came out was prompt (actually he called to see if he could come early) and incredibly informed. I had my problem diagnosed and fixed within a half hour. I also had a litany of other questions as it related to heating & cooling around the house, ductwork. Why a capacitor on my outside unit seem to die every couple years etc. He answered all my questions and took extra time to walk me through a bunch of options for some additional things I’d like to have done. They’ve got my business from here on out.

We had Jose come out to fix our heat, since our new unit was mostly blowing cold air. Tony Kelly set up an appointment for us very quickly (same day, even though I called in the afternoon). Jose came out in the evening to help us get heat back. Once he figured out the issue and realized he would need to order a part, he offered to drive back to the warehouse to pick up some space heaters to keep our family with young kiddos warm over the weekend (it was a Friday). Since it was going to be a cold one, we took him up on it, and he made the drive even though it was already night. The heaters were a big help. Jose made sure that the order for the part was expedited, and he came back to fix the system on Tuesday. Since the unit was under warranty, we didn't owe a thing. Jose was courteous, professional, and went above and beyond. We're very happy with our service from the Tony Kelly team since we've bought our new home. I definitely recommend their services!
